Methods of treating colorectal cancer using water extracts derived from dittrichia viscosa leaves are provided.

A method for treating colorectal cancer in a subject in need thereof, the method comprising administering to the subject a pharmaceutical composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of an aqueous extract derived from dittrichia viscosa leaves, thereby treating colorectal cancer in a subject.
