A non-transitory computer-readable media storing a control program of a management device managing a file system including a plurality of information processing devices and a plurality of storage devices, the information processing devices and the storage devices being connected to a communications network,

• the control program causing the management device to:
• determine an information processing device to execute a job, and a first storage device to store data accessed by execution of the job, and further determine a first path in the communications network for the determined information processing device to access to the first storage device;
• collect, from the information processing devices, state information indicating utilization state of the communications network by the information processing devices;
• identify, based on the collected state information, a second storage device enhancing access efficiency by the determined information processing device, and a second path in the communications network enhancing access efficiency by the determined information processing device to the second storage device;
• and
• alter the first storage device and the first path to the second storage device and the second path.

A method of controlling a file system including a plurality of information processing devices, a plurality of storage devices, and a management device, the information processing devices, the storage devices, and the management device being connected to a communications network,

• the method comprising:
• causing each of the information processing devices to
• transmit state information indicating utilization state of the communications network by the information processing devices to the management device;
• and
• causing the management device to
• determine an information processing device to execute an inputted job, and a first storage device to store data accessed by execution of the job,
• determine a first path in the communications network for the determined information processing device to access to the first storage device,
• collect the state information,
• identify, based on the collected state information, a second storage device enhancing access efficiency by the determined information processing device and a second path in the communications network enhancing access efficiency by the determined information processing device to the second storage device, and
• alter the first storage device and the first path to the second storage device and the second path.
