An apparatus comprising: a resonance module located within a resonator frame, the resonance module comprising at least two integrated conductive suspension parts, the at least two integrated conductive suspension parts being configured to couple the resonance module to the frame, and further configured to provide a current through the resonance module, wherein the at least two integrated conductive suspension parts enable the resonance module to resonate.

- a resonance module located within a resonator frame, the resonance module comprising at least two conductive suspension parts, the at least two conductive suspension parts being configured to:
- couple the resonance module to the resonator frame;
- and
- provide a current through the resonance module, wherein the at least two conductive suspension parts enable the resonance module to resonate.

- coupling the at least two integrated conductive suspension parts to the resonance frame;
