Abstract
There is included a pixel including a plurality of sub-pixels, each of the sub-pixels including a single first electrode, a single second electrode provided along a laminating direction of the first electrode, and a light-emitting layer inserted between the first electrode and the second electrode. One or more of the plurality of sub-pixels have a plurality of light emission regions including two or more light emission regions different in one or more of shape, size, and orientation from one another.
Claims21
A display unit comprising:
- a pixel including a plurality of sub-pixels, each of the sub-pixels including a single first electrode, a single second electrode provided along a laminating direction of the first electrode, and a light-emitting layer inserted between the first electrode and the second electrode,
- wherein one or more of the plurality of sub-pixels have a plurality of light emission regions including two or more light emission regions different in one or more of shape, size, and orientation from one another.
An electronic apparatus provided with a display unit and a control section configured to perform operation control on the display unit, the display unit comprising:
- a pixel including a plurality of sub-pixels, each of the sub-pixels including a single first electrode, a single second electrode provided along a laminating direction of the first electrode, and a light-emitting layer inserted between the first electrode and the second electrode,
- wherein one or more of the plurality of sub-pixels have a plurality of light emission regions including two or more light emission regions different in one or more of shape, size, and orientation from one another.
