System and methods to facilitate in-situ evaluations

A system, comprising:

• a computing resource;
• a data storage resource;
• and
• a communications interface in communication with the computing resource and the data storage resource, the computing resource configured to
• execute instructions embodied in a non-transitory computer readable medium to:
• receive review data via the communications interface,
• validate credential data included in the review data to determine if the credential data matches an access credential in the data storage resource,
• validate location data included in the review data to determine if the location data is within a locus of an event in the data storage resource,
• format text content, and media content, if any, included in the review data, into a review data file,
• queue the review data file for publication,
• communicate via the communications interface, a notice of a pending publication of the review data file,
• amend the review data file at the computing resource if data representing a response to a request to revise the review data file is received via the communications interface after communicating the notice, and
• publish the review data file.
