Fan, motor stator structure thereof, and manufacturing method thereof

A fan, comprising:

• a metal plate (100), forming a plurality of teeth (110) connected to one another, and arranged annularly;
• a plurality of cylindrical coils (300), each being arranged between any two adjacent teeth (110), and both ends of the cylindrical coil (300) being configured to be corresponsive to the adjacent teeth (110) respectively;
• a frame (130), protruded from a side of the metal plate (100), and extended along an edge of the metal plate (100) to enclose and form a flow channel (131), and an air outlet (132) being formed at the frame (130) and communicated with the flow channel (131);
• and
• an impeller (400), installed in the flow channel (131).

A manufacturing method of a fan, comprising:

• providing a metal plate (100), and removing a portion of the metal plate (100) to form a plurality of teeth (110) connected to one another and arranged annularly;
• forming a shaft (140) at the center of the annularly arranged teeth (110);
• forming a frame (130) on the metal plate (100) and the frame (130) enclosing the teeth (110);
• installing a cylindrical coil (300) between any two adjacent teeth (110);
• pivotally installing an impeller (400) to the shaft (140);
• providing a cover plate (500), and forming an air inlet (501) on the cover plate (500);
• and
• installing the cover plate (500) to the top of the frame (130) to cover the impeller (400).
