Abstract
A rotary pump that utilizes falling water to produce useful energy. The pump is a conduit in a spiral form mounted on an axis that is set at an angle whereby when rotated, water flows into the inlet end of the conduit and is transported to an elevation. The conduit is powered by an impeller wheel that rotates by falling water.

1-12. (canceled)
A waterfall apparatus, the said apparatus comprising of an impeller wheel on a horizontal shaft supported by buoyancy devices, that is connected by a gimbal, to the lower end of a spiral elongated screw pump on a shaft set at an angle, within the confines of an embankment through which a conduit passes, that allows water which is elevated by the tide to the level that it flows into a dispersion tray that disperses the water, to fall into the side of the said impeller wheel, causing the said impeller wheel to rotate, an anti-reverse brake pivot system at the upper end of the said spiral elongated screw pump prevents the said shaft from rotating the opposite direction, as the said impeller wheel rotates, water below the said buoyancy devices flows into the lower end of said spiral elongated screw pump, then flows out the upper end into a reservoir channel where the said water is transported, then falls to produce useful energy.
The waterfall apparatus of claim 1, wherein said impeller wheel is rotated after water is elevated by the action of precipitation to the level that it flows into the said impeller wheel.
The waterfall apparatus of claim 1, the said impeller wheel is rotated after water is elevated by the action of a wave force to the level that it flows into the said impeller wheel.
The waterfall apparatus of claim 1, the said impeller wheel is rotated after water is elevated by the action of a surge of energy to the level that it flows into the said impeller wheel.
The waterfall apparatus of claim 1, the said impeller wheel is rotated after water is elevated by the action of a solar cell system, commonly available in market facilities, to the level that it flows into the said impeller wheel.
The waterfall apparatus of claim 1, the said impeller wheel is rotated after water is elevated by the action of a wind capture system, commonly available in market facilities, to the level that it flows into the said impeller wheel.
The waterfall apparatus of claim 1, the said impeller wheel is rotated after water is elevated by the motion of human activity to the level that it flows into the said impeller wheel.
The waterfall apparatus of claim 1, the said impeller wheel is rotated after water is elevated by the motion of animal activity to the level that it flows into the said impeller wheel.
The waterfall apparatus of claim 1, the said impeller wheel is rotated after water is elevated by the action of geothermal energy to the level that it flows into the said impeller wheel.
The waterfall apparatus of claim 1, the said impeller wheel is rotated after water is elevated by the action of temperature variation to the level that it flows into the said impeller wheel.
The waterfall apparatus of claim 1, the said impeller wheel is rotated after water is elevated by the action of barometric atmospheric pressure to the level that it flows into the said impeller wheel.
