Abstract
The present invention relates to a pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine derivative of general formula 1 and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The present invention also relates to use of compounds of formula 1 in the preparation of an anti-tumor medicament.

A pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine derivative and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or prodrug thereof, characterized in that the pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine derivative has the structure as shown in general formula 1:
- wherein,
- R1 is hydrogen, alkylcarbonyl, alkoxycarbonyl, alkylthiocarbonyl;
- R2 is hydrogen, alkyl, haloalkyl;
- and
- R3 is hydrogen, halogen, trifluoromethyl.
