Abstract
A method of manufacturing a complex heat pipe includes joining a pipe to a circumference of a hole of a closed chamber, positioning the closed chamber within a fixture after the joining, and expanding deformed walls of the closed chamber to conform to walls of the fixture that correspond with the deformed closed chamber walls.

A method of manufacturing a complex heat pipe, comprising:
- joining a pipe to a circumference of a hole of a closed chamber;
- positioning the closed chamber within a fixture after the joining;
- and
- expanding deformed walls of the closed chamber to conform to walls of the fixture that correspond with the deformed closed chamber walls.

A method of manufacturing a heat transfer plate comprising an opening for a complex heat pipe, the method comprising:
- joining a pipe to a circumference of a hole of a closed chamber;
- positioning the closed chamber within a fixture after the joining;
- expanding deformed walls of the closed chamber to conform to walls of the fixture that correspond with the deformed closed chamber walls;
- removing the expanded closed chamber from the fixture;
- positioning the expanded closed chamber in the opening;
- and
- soldering the positioned closed chamber to edges defining the opening.
