Abstract
Pharmaceutical concentrate formulations comprising 2-amino-I,3-propanediol compounds, analogs thereof and salts thereof, particularly 2-amino-2-[2-(4-octylphenyl)ethyl]-propane-1,3-diol or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in an organic solvent or semi-aqueous solvent and methods for administration of the undiluted and diluted concentrate are provided.

A pharmaceutical organic concentrate formulation comprising a 2-amino-1,3-propanediol compound which is 2-amino-2-[2-(4-octylphenyl)ethyl]propane-1,3-diol, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, in an organic solvent comprising 0-30% (w/v) ethanol in propylene glycol.
The organic concentrate formulation of claim 3, wherein the organic solvent comprises 20% (w/v) ethanol in propylene glycol.
