Abstract
The present invention relates to compositions comprising a construct comprising the Aβ1-6 peptide and a pharmaceutically acceptable adjuvant, for the treatment of patients suffering from dementia, in particular dementia of the Alzheimer's type.

A composition comprising i) a construct comprising the Aβ1-6 peptide bound to a virus-like particle and ii) a pharmaceutically acceptable adjuvant, wherein said adjuvant is Al(OH)3 in an amount of about 50 μg to about 850 μg Al(OH)3 per dose of said construct.
