A method of preventing, ameliorating or treating graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), comprising the step of administering to a subject in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of Cannabidiol or any derivative thereof.
A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating GVHD comprising Cannabidiol or any derivative thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
