Apparatus and method of manufacturing display apparatus

A method of manufacturing a display apparatus, the method comprising:

• carrying a substrate, on which a display unit is formed, into a chamber;
• depositing inorganic and organic materials on the display unit in the chamber so as to form a thin film encapsulation layer;
• and
• forming a protective layer on the thin film encapsulation layer via a protective layer forming unit connected to the chamber.

An apparatus for manufacturing a display apparatus, the apparatus comprising:

• a chamber;
• a plurality of first nozzles placed in the chamber, wherein each of the first nozzles is configured to spray an inorganic material to form an inorganic layer;
• and
• a plurality of second nozzles placed in the chamber, wherein each of the second nozzles is configured to spray an organic material to form an organic layer, and wherein the first and second nozzles are alternately arranged.
