Abstract
A tool for the injection molding of plastics parts has two tool halves that can be moved to and from each other. A mold insert is exchangeably provided in at least one of the tool halves. In addition, a mold core is provided which is inserted in the mold insert and secured by a separate securing element.
Claims11
A mold for the injection molding of plastics parts,
- with two mold halves which are movable apart from each other and are movable to each other,
- wherein a mold insert having at least one mold cavity is arranged exchangeably in at least one mold half, and
- wherein, in the closed state of the two mold halves, the complete mold cavities are formed between the latter for the injection molding of the plastics parts,
- wherein
- the mold insert has at least one continuous recess which is perpendicular with respect to the shaping upper side,
- in that the mold half assigned to the mold insert has a continuing recess as a continuation of the recess, and
- in that an exchangeable mold core is provided,
- which mold core is insertable from above into the recess of the mold insert, and
- which is lockable from below through the continuing recess by a separate securing element arranged in the associated mold half.
