A method of reducing a lipofuscin accumulation in a cell in vitro or in a mammal, the method comprising administering an effective amount of a Rho-kinase inhibitor to the cell in vitro or in the mammal to reduce a lipofuscin accumulation.
A method of treating a symptom associated with a lipofuscin accumulation in a cell in a mammal, the method comprising treating a symptom associated with a lipofuscin accumulation by administering an effective amount of a Rho-kinase inhibitor to the mammal.
A method of stimulating proliferation of a human cell, comprising:
- exposing the human cell to an effective amount of a Rho-kinase inhibitor to stimulate the human cell, wherein the human cell is a fibroblast, a muscle cell, or a nerve cell.
