Abstract
A pet washing collar includes a flexible permeable hose for placement around the neck of a pet. A hose coupling delivers water into the interior of the hose which distributes water around part of the neck of the pet. In some embodiments, the flexible permeable hose includes inner and outer tubes. A length adjuster allows lengthening and shortening of the collar to accommodate pets of different size. A buckle connects ends of the collar together to allow it to be placed and removed from a pet. The effective water distributing length of the hose is adjustable by selectively pinching off part of the hose.

A pet washing collar comprising
- a flexible permeable hose allowing lateral water movement relative to a long axis of the hose and having a first end, a second end and a hose inlet coupling adjacent the first end delivering water to an interior of the hose and thereby delivering water along a length of the flexible permeable hose;
- and
- a length adjuster configured to change a perimeter of the collar.
A pet washing collar comprising
- a flexible permeable hose allowing lateral water movement relative to a long axis of the hose and having a first end, a hose inlet coupling adjacent the first end delivering water to an interior of the hose and thereby delivering water along a length of the flexible permeable hose and a second end closed to prevent water delivery through the second end, the flexible permeable hose including an outer flexible tube of permeable material and an inner flexible tube of impermeable material having a series of perforations therein;
- a length adjuster configured to change a perimeter of the collar;
- and
- a connection between locations on the flexible permeable hose configured to allow the locations to be connected together around a pet's neck and configured to disconnect the locations to allow the collar to be removed from the pet's neck.
A pet washing collar comprising
- a flexible permeable hose allowing lateral water movement relative to a long axis of the hose and having a first end, a second end and a hose inlet coupling adjacent the first end delivering water to an interior of the hose and thereby delivering water along a length of the flexible permeable hose;
- and
- a connection between parts of the flexible permeable hose configured to disconnect and allow the collar to be placed around a neck of a pet.
