Analog unit, conversion-characteristic-table creation device, and programmable controller system

A programmable controller system comprising:

• a programmable controller that includes an analog unit performing conversion between an analog value and a digital value;
• and
• a conversion-characteristic-table creation device that is connected to the programmable controller and creates a conversion characteristic table to be referred to in the conversion in the analog unit, wherein
• the analog unit includes
• a first converting unit that performs conversion between an analog value and a digital value on a basis of a first conversion characteristic, and
• a second converting unit that converts a first value that is a digital value to a second value that is a digital value by referring to the conversion characteristic table indicating a second conversion characteristic,
• the conversion-characteristic-table creation device includes
• an adjustment unit that adjusts content of the conversion characteristic table read from the analog unit, and
• a display unit that displays a graph indicating a conversion characteristic obtained by combining the first conversion characteristic and the second conversion characteristic indicated in the conversion characteristic table,
• the conversion characteristic table stores therein combinations of the first value and the second value, number of the combinations corresponding to a resolution of a digital value in the analog unit, and
• the adjustment unit adjusts the second value of the conversion characteristic table in response to an operation for changing a shape of the graph displayed on the display unit.

A conversion-characteristic-table creation device that creates a conversion characteristic table that is referred to in conversion between an analog value and a digital value performed in an analog unit, the conversion-characteristic-table creation device comprising:

• an adjustment unit that adjusts content of the conversion characteristic table indicating a second conversion characteristic among a first conversion characteristic for conversion between an analog value and a digital value and the second conversion characteristic for conversion of a first value to a second value, both the first value and the second value being a digital value;
• and
• a display unit that displays a graph indicating a conversion characteristic obtained by combining the first conversion characteristic and the second conversion characteristic indicated in the conversion characteristic table, wherein
• the conversion characteristic table stores therein combinations of the first value and the second value, number of the combinations corresponding to a resolution of a digital value in the analog unit, and
• the adjustment unit adjusts the second value of the conversion characteristic table in response to an operation for changing a shape of the graph displayed on the display unit.
