Abstract
A method and a device for processing blade tips of a mounted compressor rotor of a gas turbine, wherein the compressor rotor 1 includes at least one blade row with blades that are to be processed, and at least one blade row with blades that are not to be processed, characterized in that the at least one or multiple blade rows not to be processed are accommodated in a stationary protective housing, which encloses the blade row, and that subsequently the at least one to be processed blade row is processed by means of a processing machine during the rotation of the compressor rotor.
Claims10
A method for processing blade tips of a mounted compressor rotor of a gas turbine, wherein the compressor rotor comprises at least one blade row with blades that are to be processed and at least one blade row with blades that are not to be processed, wherein the at least one blade row not to be processed is accommodated in a stationary protective housing, which encloses the blade row, and in that subsequently the at least one blade row to be processed is processed by means of a processing machine during the rotation of the compressor rotor.
A device for processing blade tips of a mounted compressor rotor of a gas turbine by means of a processing machine, wherein the device comprises a protective housing, which can be positioned on the at least one blade row not to be processed for covering the same.
