A signal transmission apparatus, comprising:

• a determining module configured to determine a repetition factor or an extended sequence of a channel;
• a transmission subframe determining module configured to determine a time domain resource according to the repetition factor or a length of the extended sequence, wherein the time domain resource is a transmission subframe;
• and
• a sending module configured to send a signal by using the transmission subframe of the channel.

A signal transmission apparatus, comprising:

• a determining module configured to determine a repetition factor or an extended sequence of a channel;
• a transmission subframe determining module configured to determine a time domain resource according to the repetition factor or a length of the extended sequence, wherein the time domain resource is a transmission subframe;
• and
• a receiving module configured to receive a signal by using the transmission subframe of the channel.
