Method and apparatus for sharing presentation data and annotation

A device for managing a web page, the device comprising:

• a display configured to display the web page;
• a converter configured to convert the web page into a first image file;
• an input interface configured to receive annotation data;
• a controller configured to generate a second image file based on the annotation data and the web page;
• a storage configured to store the first image file and the second image file;
• and
• a communicator configured to send the second image file to an external device.

A non-transitory computer readable recording medium having recorded therein a program executable by a processor to perform a method of managing a web page, the method comprising:

• providing the web page on a screen of a device;
• converting the web page to a first image file;
• displaying annotation data received from a user over the web page;
• generating a second image file based on the annotation data and the web page;
• storing the first image file and the second image file in a memory of the device;
• and
• sending the second image file to an external device.
