Abstract
A method and apparatus of feedback signaling using a high speed dedicated physical control channel (HS-DPCCH) includes transmitting to a first cell a first uplink feedback signal that includes channel quality information (CQI) associated with the first cell A second uplink feedback signal that includes CQI information associated with a second cell is transmitted to the second cell.

A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU), comprising:
- a processor configured to:
- concatenate hybrid automatic repeat requests (HARQ) information associated with a first serving cell with HARQ information associated with a second serving cell;
- concatenate channel quality indicator (CQI) information associated with the first serving cell with CQI information associated with the second serving cell;
- and
- send the concatenated HARQ information and the concatenated CQI information in a same subframe.

A method for sending feedback, the method comprising:
- concatenating hybrid automatic repeat requests (HARQ) information associated with a first serving cell with HARQ information associated with a second serving cell;
- concatenating channel quality indicator (CQI) information associated with the first serving cell with CQI information associated with the second serving cell;

- sending the concatenated HARQ information and the concatenated CQI information in a same subframe.
