All-solid-state battery and method for producing the same, and method for restoring capacity of the same

A method for producing an all-solid-state battery comprising:

• a cathode containing a cathode active material;
• an anode containing an anode active material;
• and
• a solid electrolyte layer disposed between the cathode and the anode, wherein
• at least one of the cathode and the anode contains a solid electrolyte having deliquescence, and
• the all-solid-state battery includes a water supply and removal section that supplies water to an electrode containing the solid electrolyte having deliquescence and removes water from the electrode, and the method comprises:
• preparing an electrode mixture by allowing the solid electrolyte having deliquescence to deliquesce and then mixing with an electrode active material;
• and
• producing an electrode by heat treating the electrode mixture.
