Abstract
An organic light emitting display device comprises a partition wall formed on a bank that covers a portion of an auxiliary electrode. The organic light emitting display device includes a first electrode, an auxiliary electrode, a first bank, and a partition wall. The first electrode may be connected to a driving transistor, and the auxiliary electrode may be disposed on the same layer as the first electrode. The first bank may cover a portion of the first electrode and a portion of the auxiliary electrode. A portion of a bottom surface of the partition wall may contact a top surface of the first bank, and the other portion except the portion of the bottom surface may be disposed on the auxiliary electrode.
Claims11
An organic light emitting display device comprising:
- a first electrode connected to a driving transistor;
- an auxiliary electrode on the same layer as the first electrode;
- a first bank configured to cover a portion of the first electrode and a portion of the auxiliary electrode;
- and
- a partition wall, a portion of a bottom surface of the partition wall being contacted to a top surface of the first bank, and another portion except the portion of the bottom surface being disposed on the auxiliary electrode.
A method of manufacturing an organic light emitting display device, the method comprising:
- forming a first electrode connected to a driving transistor and an auxiliary electrode spaced apart from the first electrode;
- forming a first bank, which covers a portion of the first electrode and a portion of the auxiliary electrode, and a second bank that covers the other portion of the auxiliary electrode which is opposite to the portion of the auxiliary electrode covered by the first bank;
- and
- forming a partition wall, a portion of a bottom surface of the partition wall being contacted to a top surface of the first bank, and another portion except the portion of the bottom surface being disposed on the auxiliary electrode to be spaced apart from the auxiliary electrode.
