Abstract
A method for accessing files in a computing device includes presetting authorized electronic devices. When an electronic device is detected to be within a range of a wireless device of the computing device and an access request is received from the electronic device, the computing device determines whether the electronic device is authorized. When the electronic device is authorized, a user of the electronic device is allowed to access the computing device. When the electronic device is not authorized, the user is denied access to the computing device.
Claims18
A computing device comprising:
- at least one processor;
- and
- a storage device that stores one or more programs which, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to:
- preset at least one authorized electronic device;
- receive an access request from an electronic device within a range of the computing device;
- allow a user of the electronic device to access the computing device when the electronic device is authorized;
- and
- deny the user of the electronic device access to the computing device when the electronic device is not authorized.
A computer-implemented method for accessing files in a computing device being executed by at least one processor of the computing device, the computing device comprising a storage device, the method comprising:
- presetting at least one authorized electronic device;
- receiving an access request from an electronic device within a range of the computing device;
- allowing a user of the electronic device to access the computing device when the electronic device is authorized;
- and
- denying the user of the electronic device access to the computing device when the electronic device is not authorized.
A non-transitory storage medium having stored thereon instructions that, when executed by a processor of a computing device, causes the processor to perform a method for accessing files, the method comprising:
- presetting at least one authorized electronic device;
- receiving an access request from an electronic device within a range of the computing device;
- allowing a user of the electronic device to access the computing device when the electronic device is authorized;
- and
- denying the user of the electronic device access to the computing device when the electronic device is not authorized.
