Specimen fulfillment analytics and procurement process

A computer-implemented method comprising:

• by a computer system, receiving a cohort criterion search request;
• by the computer system, generating a list of search results based on the cohort criterion search request;
• and
• by the computer system, providing the list of search results in a user interface, wherein the list of search results is ordered by accrual rate.

A computer system comprising one or more computers programmed to:

• communicate with a plurality of requester computing devices;
• host a centralized data repository that includes clinical data aggregated from multiple remote data sources;
• and
• host a cohort analytics platform configured to:
• receive requests from the requester computing devices, wherein the requests comprise cohort definitions;
• perform queries on the aggregated clinical data based at least in part on the cohort definitions;
• generate projected accrual rates based at least in part on results of the queries on the aggregated clinical data;
• and
• transmit the projected accrual rates to the respective requester computing devices for presentation in user interfaces of the respective requester computing devices.
