Abstract
Process to produce containers out of preforms, in which the preform is inserted in a form-filling station, molded and filled in this station. Gas, which remains in the head space after the end of the filling process, is replaced by a purge gas, and a form-filling machine is provided to produce and to fill containers made of preforms.

A process to produce containers out of preforms, comprising inserting the preform in a form-filling station, molding and filling the preform in that station, and replacing gas, which remains in the head space after the end of the filling process, by a purge gas.
A form-filing machine with one or several form-filling stations, the form-filling stations designed for molding a preform into a container and for filling that container in a mold, comprising a blow-out unit is installed to replace gas, remaining in the head space of the container after bottling, by a purge gas.
