Abstract
An apparatus and method of manufacturing sheets with varying concentrations of particles are disclosed. In one embodiment, a method comprises manufacturing an apparatus comprising a first sheet and a light source disposed near an edge of the first sheet. A second corrugated sheet having a first concentration of particles is provided. A third corrugated sheet having a second concentration of particles is provided. A fourth sheet is manufactured by merging the second sheet and the third sheet in a continuous process, and the fourth sheet is cut into many pieces to give many first sheets

A method comprising:
- manufacturing an apparatus comprising a first sheet and a light source disposed near an edge of the first sheet comprising,
- manufacturing a second corrugated sheet having a first concentration of particles,
- manufacturing a third corrugated sheet having a second concentration of particles,
- manufacturing a fourth sheet by merging the second sheet and the third sheet in a continuous process, and,
- cutting the fourth sheet into many pieces to give many first sheets.
