A valve clack and an air pump having the same are provided. The valve clack includes a mounting column; a plurality of blades surrounding the mounting column and distributed in a circumferential direction of the mounting column, each blade defining a radial inner end connected with the mounting column and elastically swingable with respect to the mounting column, adjacent blades being spaced apart from each other by a rib, the rib defining an end connected with the mounting column, a buffer structure configured to provide a buffer space for deformation of the blade being provided in the blade adjacent to a position at which the blade is connected with the rib.
