Abstract
A thio-selective radioactive labeling agent has the following general formula: *R-L-VS, wherein said *R is a radioisotope, L is a linking group, and VS is a vinylsulfone functional group.
Claims12
A thio-selective radioactive labeling agent, having the following general formula:
- *R-L-VS,
- wherein said *R is a radioisotope, L is a linking group, and VS is a vinylsulfone functional group.
A precursor useful for preparing a thio-selective radioactive labeling agent, the precursor having the general formula:
- wherein LG is a functional group that may be selectively substituted with a radioisotope, preferably 18F, and
- wherein n is between 1 and 20, inclusive, preferably between 1 and 10, inclusive and more preferably between 1 and 5, inclusive
- R1, R2, and R3 are independently selected from the group consisting of H, alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, and heteroaryl, wherein further, R1 and R3 may be optionally substituted so as to form a C3-C8 cyclic unsaturated ring, and the selected alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl and heteroaryls may be optionally substituted, and
- R5, R6 are independently selected from the group consisting of H, alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, and heteroaryl. Further, R5 and R6 may be optionally substituted.
