Abstract
The invention relates to an electromagnetic door opener comprising a housing for installing in a door frame, a pivotable cover which can be rotated between an open position and a closed position, and a security device operating counter to a forced rotation of the cover from the closed position into the open position, which comprises a primary security step and a secondary security step. Said door opener is characterized in that the secondary security step comprises a locking element which is supported in a form fit on the base of the housing of the door opener housing.
Claims19
An electromagnetic door opener comprising:
- a door opener housing for fitting into a door frame;
- a hinged flap, said hinged flap being rotatable between an open position and a closed position;
- a safety device positioned to forcibly resist twisting of said flap from said closed position into said open position to create a primary safety stage and a secondary safety stage;
- and
- said secondary safety stage having a locking member that is supported in a formlock against a housing floor of the door opener housing.
An electromagnetic door opener comprising:
- a door opener housing for fitting into a door frame;
- a hinged flap, said hinged flap being rotatable between an open position and a closed position;
- a safety device positioned to forcibly resist twisting of said flap from said closed position into said open position to create a primary safety stage and a secondary safety stage;
- said secondary safety stage having a locking member that is supported in a formlock against a housing floor of the door opener housing;
- and
- said locking member of said secondary safety stage forming, during an opening operation from said closed position into said open position, a first kinematic chain comprising two levers and a second kinematic chain comprising two levers.
An electromagnetic door opener comprising:
- a door opener housing for fitting into a door frame;
- a hinged flap, said hinged flap being rotatable between an open position and a closed position;
- a safety device positioned to forcibly resist twisting of said flap from said closed position into said open position to create a primary safety stage and a secondary safety stage;
- said secondary safety stage having a locking member that is supported in a formlock against a housing floor of the door opener housing;
- said primary safety stage includes two levers and a housing floor;
- and
- said secondary safety stage comprises a lever that during an opening operation from said closed position into said open position, forms a first kinematic chain and a second kinematic chain.
