Remote cloud based medical image sharing and rendering semi-automated or fully automated, network and/or web-based, 3d and/or 4d imaging of anatomy for training, rehearsing and/or conducting medical procedures, using multiple standard x-ray and/or other imaging projections, without a need for special hardware and/or systems and/or pre-processing/analysis of a captured image data

A browser based 2D image sharing and 3D or 4D rendering and display method, comprising:

• (a) transferring, on a computer data network browser, application, or server and through a peer to peer (PTP) or public cloud network or transfer protocol or file attachment, at least one first 2D medical image computer data file to at least one data storage device provided as part of at least one first mobile device or personal computer of at least one first user;
• (b) accessing by the at least one first user the at least one first 2D image computer data file in a browser on the first mobile device or personal computer;
• and
• (c) rendering on at least one first visual display connected to or included in the at least one first mobile device or personal computer, as controlled in real time by the first user accessing through the browser, at least one real time and manipulatable 3D or 4D image generated from the at least one first 2D image, which at least 3D or 4D image can be stored as a 3D or 4D medical image computer data file and shared and viewed on at least one second visual display via at least one second browser by at least one second user accessing the 2D, 3D, or 4D image on the second browser displayed on at least one second users' at least one second mobile device or personal computer.

Non-transitory computer-readable medium containing executable program instructions executed by a processor that stores a program for executing a cloud, internet, and/or browser, application, or server based medical image sharing method, comprising:

• program instructions that transfer, on a computer data network browser, application, or server and through a peer to peer (PTP) or public cloud network or transfer protocol or file attachment, at least one first 2D medical image computer data file to at least one data storage device provided as part of at least one first mobile device or personal computer of at least one first user;
• program instructions that provide access by the at least one first user the at least one first 2D image computer data file in a browser on the first mobile device or personal computer;
• and
• program instructions that provide rendering on at least one first visual display connected to or included in the at least one first mobile device or personal computer, as controlled in real time by the first user accessing through the browser, at least one real time and manipulatable 3D or 4D image generated from the at least one first 2D image, which at least 3D or 4D image can be shared and viewed on at least one second visual display via at least one second browser by at least one second user accessing the 2D, 3D, or 4D image on the second browser displayed on at least one second users' at least one second mobile device or personal computer.

A cloud, internet, and/or browser, application, or server based medical image sharing system, comprising a processor configured to:

• transfer, on a computer data network browser, application, or server and through a peer to peer (PTP) or public cloud network or transfer protocol or file attachment, at least one first 2D medical image computer data file to at least one data storage device provided as part of at least one first mobile device or personal computer of at least one first user;
• access by the at least one first user the at least one first 2D image computer data file in a browser on the first mobile device or personal computer;
• and
• render on at least one first visual display connected to or included in the at least one first mobile device or personal computer, as controlled in real time by the first user accessing through the browser, at least one real time and manipulatable 3D or 4D image generated from the at least one first 2D image, which at least 3D or 4D image can be shared and viewed on at least one second visual display via at least one second browser by at least one second user accessing the 2D, 3D, or 4D image on the second browser displayed on at least one second users' at least one second mobile device or personal computer.
