Method to validate shipping rates

A method comprising:

• retrieving an actual shipping rates table and a stored shipping rates table;
• computing, using a processor of a machine, a first aggregate value from the sum of all values in the actual shipping rates table, and a second aggregate value from the sum of all values in the stored shipping rates table;
• comparing the first aggregate value with the second aggregate value;
• computing a third aggregate value along a field with the most number of values of the actual shipping rates table, and a fourth aggregate value along a field with the most number of values of the stored shipping rates table;
• comparing the third aggregate value with the fourth aggregate value;
• and
• validating the stored shipping rates table when the first aggregate value matches the second aggregate value, and the third aggregate value matches the fourth aggregated value.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a set of instructions that, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform operations, comprising:

• retrieving an actual shipping rates table and a stored shipping rates table;
• computing, using a processor of a machine, a first aggregate value from the sum of all values in the actual shipping rates table, and a second aggregate value from the sum of all values in the stored shipping rates table;
• comparing the first aggregate value with the second aggregate value;
• computing a third aggregate value along a field with the most number of values of the actual shipping rates table, and a fourth aggregate value along a field with the most number of values of the stored shipping rates table;
• comparing the third aggregate value with the fourth aggregate value;
• and
• validating the stored shipping rates table when the first aggregate value matches the second aggregate value, and the third aggregate value matches the fourth aggregated value.
