Abstract
There is provided an optical film comprising a layer formed on a base film by curing a curable composition containing the specific component (A) in an amount of 50 to 99% by mass and the specific component (B) in an amount of 1 to 50% by mass, based on the total solid content of the curable composition when the total solid content of the curable composition is set to 100% by mass.

An optical film comprising a layer formed on a base film by curing a curable composition containing the following (A) in an amount of 50 to 99% by mass and the following (B) in an amount of 1 to 50% by mass, based on the total solid content of the curable composition when the total solid content of the curable composition is set to 100% by mass:
- (A) at least one of a compound having a cycloaliphatic hydrocarbon group and an ethylenically unsaturated double bond and a compound having a fluorene ring and an ethylenically unsaturated double bond,
- (B) a rosin compound.
A method of manufacturing an optical film, comprising forming a layer on a base film by curing a curable composition containing the following (A) and (B):
- (A) at least one of a compound having a cycloaliphatic hydrocarbon and an ethylenically unsaturated double bond and a compound having a fluorene ring and an ethylenically unsaturated double bond in an amount of 50 to 99% by mass, based on the total solid content of the curable composition when the total solid content of the curable composition is set to 100% by mass,
- (B) a rosin compound in an amount of 1 to 50% by mass, based on the total solid content of the curable composition.
