Abstract
A method and device for real time transmission power control in a wireless communication system are provided. The method includes receiving transmission power control related information from at least one base station, generating transmission power control information for load balancing of the at least one base station based on the transmission power control related information, and controlling the transmission power of the at least one base station based on the transmission power control information.

A method of controlling transmission power of a base station by a scheduler in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
- receiving transmission power control related information from at least one base station;
- generating transmission power control information for load balancing of the at least one base station based on the transmission power control related information;
- and
- controlling the transmission power of the at least one base station based on the transmission power control information.
A scheduler for controlling transmission power of a base station in a wireless communication system, the scheduler comprising:
- an interface unit configured to transmit/receive a signal to/from the base station;
- and
- a controller unit configured to:
- receive transmission power control related information from at least one base station,
- generate transmission power control information for load balancing of the at least one base station based on the transmission power control related information, and
- control the transmission power of the at least one base station based on the transmission power control information.
