A system maintains member profiles and job profiles on a social networking service, identifies a first business organization using one or more of the member profiles and the job profiles, identifies a job title or a job function at the first business organization using one or more of the member profiles and the job profiles, and creates a job profile for the job title or job function at the first business organization using the member profiles and the job profiles.

A memory device, the memory device communicatively coupled to a processor and comprising instructions which, when performed on the processor, cause the processor to:
- maintain member profiles and job profiles on a social networking service;
- identify a first business organization using one or more of the member profiles and the job profiles;
- identify a job title or a job function at the first business organization using one or more of the member profiles and the job profiles;
- and
- create a job profile for the job title or job function at the first business organization using the member profiles and the job profiles.
A process comprising:
- maintaining member profiles and job profiles on a social networking service;
- identifying a first business organization using one or more of the member profiles and the job profiles;
- identifying a job title or a job function at the first business organization using one or more of the member profiles and the job profiles;
- and
- creating a job profile for the job title or job function at the first business organization using the member profiles and the job profiles.
A system comprising:
- a computer processor operable for:
- maintaining member profiles and job profiles on a social networking service;
- identifying a first business organization using one or more of the member profiles and the job profiles;
- identifying a job title or a job function at the first business organization using one or more of the member profiles and the job profiles;
- and
- creating a job profile for the job title or job function at the first business organization using the member profiles and the job profiles.
