An analysis tool for causing a computer to use information gain of attributes and a classification algorithm to classify new records in a set of data by taking into account the predictive value of the attributes and the effect of the new record.

A non-transitory computer readable medium configured to:
- cause a processor to classify a new record by assigning a dynamic weight to at least one attribute of the new record and using the dynamic weight of the at least one attribute to classify the new record.
A non-transitory computer readable medium comprising instructions to cause a processor to classify a new record by determining at least one dynamic weight of at least one attribute of the new record and using the at least one dynamic weight to classify the new record, wherein the at least one dynamic weight is based on at least one attribute of a data set.
