Abstract
A mobile terminal and controlling method thereof are disclosed, by which a writing input is facilitated using at least two pointers. The present invention includes a touchscreen configured to receive a touch input, and a controller, if the touch input with a main pointer is received while the touch input with at least one auxiliary pointer is maintained, configured to control a writing object drawn along a touch trace of the main pointer to be displayed on the touchscreen.
Claims20
A mobile terminal comprising:
- a touchscreen configured to receive a touch input from a first pointer and to receive a touch input from a second pointer;
- and
- a controller configured to control the touchscreen based on at least one touch input from the first pointer and the second pointer, wherein in response to receiving a touch trace input from the first pointer while the touch input from the second pointer is maintained at the touchscreen, the controller is configured to control the touchscreen to display a writing object based on the touch trace input from the first pointer.
A method of a mobile terminal to receive inputs from a first pointer and a second pointer, the method comprising:
- receiving a touch input from the second pointer;
- receiving a touch trace input from the first pointer while the touch input from the second pointer is maintained at the touchscreen;
- and
- displaying, on the touchscreen, a writing object based on the touch trace input from the first pointer.
