Optoelectronic module

An optoelectronic module, comprising:

• a substrate, having a top surface, a bottom surface, a first concave structure, a first through hole structure and a first conductive material, wherein said top surface is opposite to said bottom surface, said first concave structure is formed on said top surface, said first through hole structure passes through from a bottom surface of said first concave to said bottom surface of said substrate, and said first conductive material is filled into said first through hole structure;
• an optoelectronic device, disposed on said substrate, wherein said optoelectronic device is capable of emitting or receiving an optical signal;
• a light-guiding structure configured on said first concave structure;
• and
• a control unit, disposed on said top surface and coupled to said first conductive material and said optoelectronic device for controlling said optoelectronic device.
