Abstract
Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, device, and system for scheduling a data flow, which are used to improve the processing efficiency. A network side device marks a priority of a subsequent uplink and/or downlink data flow of a UE corresponding to a downlink data packet in the downlink data packet, and enables a downstream node to schedule an access network resource or air interface resource according to the priority. Therefore, a bearer does not need to be modified during the process of distinguishing different service flows and performing differentiation scheduling on different service flows, thereby reducing the workload and improving the processing efficiency.
Claims20
A method for scheduling a data flow, comprising:
- receiving, by a network side device, a first data packet from a user equipment (UE), wherein the first data packet corresponds to a service type;
- determining, by the network side device, a priority of a subsequent uplink data flow of the UE based on the service type;
- and
- sending, by the network side device, a downlink data packet, wherein the downlink data packet comprises the determined priority based on which an access network resource or air interface resource is to be scheduled for the subsequent uplink data flow.
A device for scheduling a data flow, comprising:
- a receiver, configured to receive a first data packet from a user equipment (UE), wherein the first data packet corresponds to a service type;
- a processor, configured to determine a priority of a subsequent uplink data flow of the UE based on the service type;
- and
- a transmitter, configured to send a downlink data packet, wherein the downlink data packet comprises the determined priority based on which an access network resource or air interface resource is to be scheduled for the subsequent uplink data flow.
A system for scheduling a data flow, comprising:
- an upstream network device, configured to:
- receive a first data packet from a user equipment (UE), wherein the data packet corresponds to a service type;
- determine a priority of a subsequent uplink data flow of the UE based on the service type;
- and send a downlink data packet comprising the determined priority;
- and
- a downstream network device, configured to:
- receive the downlink data packet comprising the determined priority;
- and schedule an access network resource or air interface resource for the subsequent uplink data flow based on the determined priority.
