Abstract
The electronic assembly is intended for installation in a tyre. It comprises an electronic device (12) having an electronic member (16) and at least one antenna (14) fixed to a support (18) of the electronic member (16). The antenna (14) comprises a part (26) which is free with respect to the support (18), joined to a part (24) for fixing the antenna (14) to the support (20). The assembly comprises a transition layer, including a composition comprising 9 to 13 parts of sulphur per hundred parts by weight of elastomer, and coating at least the junction (28) between the free (26) and the fixing (24) parts of the antenna (14).
Claims10
Electronic assembly (10) for installation in a tyre, characterized in that it comprises:
- an electronic device (12) having an electronic member (16) and at least one antenna (14) fixed to a support (18) of the electronic member (16), the antenna (14) comprising a part (26) which is free with respect to the support (18), joined to a part (24) for fixing the antenna (14) to the support (18), and
- a layer (34), called the transition layer, including a composition comprising an elastomer and 9 to 13 parts of sulphur per hundred parts by weight of elastomer, and coating at least the junction (28) between the free (26) and the fixing (24) parts of the antenna (14).
Assembly (10) according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the transition layer (34) is made from the composition.
Assembly (10) according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the transition layer (34) covers the whole of the antenna (14).
Assembly (10) according to any of the preceding claims, comprising an adhesion layer (32) interposed between the electronic device (12) and the transition layer (34).
Assembly (10) according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the average thickness of the transition layer (34) is in the range from 1 mm to 1.5 mm, and preferably in the range from 1 mm to 1.2 mm.
Assembly (10) according to any of the preceding claims, separate from a green tyre blank or from the tyre.
Tyre, characterized in that it comprises:
- an electronic device (12) having an electronic member (16) and at least one antenna (14) fixed to a support (18) of the electronic member (16), the antenna (14) comprising a part (26) which is free with respect to the support (18), joined to a part (24) for fixing the antenna (14) to the support (18), and
- a layer (34), called the transition layer, coating at least the junction (28) between the free (26) and the fixing (24) parts of the antenna (14) and having a gradient of the sulphur content.
