- X is H or F,
- Y1 and Y2 are each independently C or N,
- c is 0 in the case Y1 and/or Y2 are N,
- c is 1 in the case Y1 and/or Y2 are C,
- z is 1 or 2,
- n is 2 or 3,
- y is each independently 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4,
- R is each independently a straight-chain or branched alkyl group with 1 to 20 C atoms.
