Systems and methods for commercial query suggestion

A method, comprising:

• generating, by one or more devices having a processor, a query search result based on a query;
• generating, by the one or more devices, a suggestion search result based on each suggestion phrase from a plurality of suggestion phrases;
• extracting, by the one or more devices, a query vector based on the query search result;
• extracting, by the one or more devices, a suggestion vector based on the suggestion search result;
• training, by the one or more devices, a click model based on a dataset comprising click feedbacks in a database;
• obtaining, by the one or more devices, a relevance score between the query vector and the suggestion vector based on a relevance model;
• and
• obtaining, by the one or more devices, a click probability score between the query vector and the suggestion vector based on the click model.

A non-transitory storage medium configured to store a set of instructions, the set of instructions to direct a computer system to perform acts of:

• generating, by one or more devices having a processor, a query search result based on a query;
• generating, by the one or more devices, a suggestion search result based on each suggestion phrase from a plurality of suggestion phrases;
• extracting, by the one or more devices, a query vector based on the query search result;
• extracting, by the one or more devices, a suggestion vector based on the suggestion search result;
• training, by the one or more devices, a click model based on a dataset comprising click feedbacks in a database;
• obtaining, by the one or more devices, a relevance score between the query vector and the suggestion vector based on a relevance model;
• and
• obtaining, by the one or more devices, a click probability score between the query vector and the suggestion vector based on the click model.
