Document management system, document management method, and document management program

A document management method that acquires digital information recorded in a plurality of computers or a server and analyzes the acquired digital information, the document management method comprising:

• a step of verifying supplementary information of each piece of document data included in the digital information and classifying the document data into threads based on the supplementary information;
• a step of extracting elements included in the supplementary information of classified document data for each thread of the threads and analyzing similarity between the threads based on the elements;
• a step of integrating the threads based on the similarity to create integrated threads;
• a step of extracting a predetermined number of pieces of document data from the integrated threads;
• a step of presenting a display of extracted document data on a screen;
• a step of receiving a determination result of relevance of the extracted document data from a user based on the display of the extracted document data;
• a step of classifying the extracted document data for each determination result based on the determination result and analyzing and selecting an element commonly appearing in the classified document data;
• a step of recording the element;
• a step of searching for a record element to create a search result;
• and
• a step of calculating a score indicating relevance between the determination result and the extracted document data using the search result and an analysis result of an analysis of the element.

A system comprising:

• at least one processor;
• memory storing instructions configured to instruct the at least one processor to perform:
• verifying supplementary information of each piece of document data included in digital information and classifying the document data into threads based on the supplementary information;
• extracting elements included in the supplementary information of classified document data for each thread of the threads and analyzing similarity between the threads based on the elements;
• integrating the threads based on the similarity to create integrated threads;
• extracting a predetermined number of pieces of document data from the integrated threads;
• presenting a display of extracted document data on a screen;
• receiving a determination result of relevance of the extracted document data from a user based on the display of the extracted document data;
• classifying the extracted document data for each determination result based on the determination result and analyzing and selecting an element commonly appearing in the classified document data;
• recording the element;
• searching for a record of the element to create a search result;
• and
• calculating a score indicating relevance between the determination result and the extracted document data using the search result and an analysis result of an analysis of the element.
