Selection interface structures, systems and methods

A computer implemented selection interface system, comprising:

• a database including
• a stored image of each of a plurality of physical items, and
• information that corresponds to a plurality of one or more selectable characteristics that each comprise a set of parameters that modify the appearance or features of the physical items;
• an image window;
• and
• a processor configured to effect the display of a button selector that is uniquely linked to one of the selectable characteristics of the physical items and operable to select a corresponding one of the set of parameters associated with the characteristics;
• wherein the processor is configured to effect the display of a resulting composited image within the image window that corresponds to a specific physical item of the plurality of physical items, as modified by one or more of the parameters that are selected by a user;
• and
• wherein the resulting composited image that corresponds to each parameter selected from each selected characteristic is retrievably displayable within the image window.

A method implemented with a computer having a processor associated therewith, the method comprising:

• storing in a database
• an image of a plurality of physical items, and
• information that corresponds to a plurality of one or more selectable characteristics that each comprise a set of parameters that modify the appearance or features of the physical items;
• presenting an interface to a user, wherein the interface includes an image window having button selector associated therewith;
• effecting display of the button selector within the image window, wherein the button selector is uniquely linked to one of the selectable characteristics of the physical items and is operable to select a corresponding one of the set of parameters associated with the selectable characteristics;
• and
• effecting the display of a resulting composited image within the image window that corresponds to a specific physical item of the plurality of physical items, as modified by one or more of the parameters that are selected by a user;
• wherein the resulting composited image that corresponds to each parameter selected from each selected characteristic is displayed within the image window.
