Monomeric and multimeric aptamers are provided. Also provided are pharmaceutical compositions which comprise same and methods of using same.
Claims24
A multimeric aptamer comprising a plurality of monomers, wherein at least one monomer of said plurality of monomers comprises a nucleic acid sequence capable of specifically binding an ErbB receptor molecule.
An isolated aptamer comprising a nucleic acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO:
- 1, 2 and 3.
An isolated aptamer comprising a nucleic acid sequence capable of specifically binding to, and inducing internalization of an ErbB receptor molecule.
A multimeric aptamer comprising a plurality of monomers, wherein the multimeric aptamer is devoid of a spacer or spacers between said plurality of monomers.
