Apparatus for Receiving and Conditioning Organic Waste by Anaerobic Bioconversion

Apparatus for receiving and treating organic waste by anaerobic bioconversion including a closed tank (1) which constitutes a bioconversion site, provided in its upper part with a gasometric dome (4) for storing and pressurizing biogas produced, around which external elements of the apparatus are distributed on a holder (6) which also constitutes a support of a body of the apparatus;

• characterized in that:
• the tank (1) forms a main enclosure containing an internal and central secondary enclosure called gizzard (2), the apparatus being configured to operate in two operating modes:
• in a first mode, the level of the main enclosure is stable and that of the gizzard is variable for receiving and storing substrate prepared with the organic waste to be treated, before dosage in the main enclosure for supplying the bioconversion;
• in a second mode, the level of the main enclosure varies according to its supply in substrate and the level in the gizzard which is stabilized;
• either, in a first case, the gizzard (2) forms a subassembly with a circulation and distribution unit (3) on which it is fixed and with a liquid-solid phase separator (2.2) which surmounts it, and said subassembly constitutes at the same time a support and rotating bearing of a mechanical stirrer (2.3) for the fermentative environment contained in the main compartment of the tank (1), driven by the gasometric dome (4), which is centred and driven in rotation by a motorization device (5.41) carried either by the arm (5.1) of a telescopic bracket (5) which surmounts it, or by a driving crown.
• or, in a second case, the gizzard (2) is linked with a circulation and distribution unit (3) which is outside the tank (1) carried by the holder (6), which also constitutes a support and rotating bearing of the mechanical stirrer (2.3) with a liquid-solid phase separator (2.2) which surmounts it.
