Abstract
A cavity noise reduction tire comprises a tread portion, a bead assembly being disposed at each side of the tread portion, and a sidewall portion for connecting the tread portion and the bead assembly. The tire has a ratio of the cross-sectional area of the sound-absorbing material to the cross-sectional area of the space formed by the internal surface of the tire which is to be about 23-29%.

A cavity noise reduction tire comprising a tread portion, a bead assembly being disposed at each side of the tread portion, and a sidewall portion for connecting the tread portion and the bead assembly,
- characterized in that the tire includes a sound-absorbing material disposed therein, and the ratio of a cross-section area of the sound-absorbing material with respect to a cross-section area of an inner cavity of the tire ranges from 23% to 29%.
