The garment includes bands providing resistance against the movement of an associated limb. The garment includes a structure to secure the garment to a user during activity.
Claims19
An garment for providing resistance comprising:
- a base material;
- and
- a resistance segment affixed to the base material by an affixation system;
- the resistance segment comprising a first resistance band and a second resistance band;
- wherein the first resistance band and the second resistance band are opposed.
2 more elements
A wearable exercise system having a wearable garment, the system comprising:
- a fixation system attached to the wearable garment;
- a first resistance segment positioned on the garment engaged with the fixation system;
- a second resistance segment positioned on the garment in opposition to the first resistance segment and engaged with fixation system;
- and
- the fixation system comprising a first biaxial retention mechanism and a second biaxial retention mechanism integrated with the garment and positioned to secure the garment against force exerted by either the first resistance segment or the second resistance segment.
2 more elements
A method for providing muscle resistance comprising:
- wearing a wearable garment having a plurality of resistance segments;
- positioning an opposing pair of resistance segments each of the resistance segments secured to a fixation system of the garment;
