Abstract
A needle magnetizing arrangement (1) comprising a controller (4) adapted to generate a first magnetic field (F) for magnetizing a needle (2), and a magnetic field sensor (5) adapted to generate a signal based on a second magnetic field (FR) of the needle (2).
Claims14
A needle magnetizing arrangement (1) comprising:
- a controller (4) adapted to generate a first magnetic field (F) for magnetizing a needle (2);
- and
- a magnetic field sensor (5) adapted to generate a signal based on a second magnetic field (FR) of the needle (2).
The needle magnetizing arrangement (1) according to any one of the preceding claims further comprising:
- a magnetic guide (6) adapted to guide a flux of the second magnetic field (FR) toward the magnetic field sensor (5).
The needle magnetizing arrangement (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the needle (2) is coupled to a removably needle assembly (8) or a syringe.
The needle magnetizing arrangement (1) according to any one of the preceding claims further comprising:
- a magnetic shield (7) at least partially enclosing an area around the needle (2).
The needle magnetizing arrangement (1) according to any one of the preceding claims further comprising:
- a processor (10) electrically coupled to the magnetic field sensor (5) and adapted to receive the signal.
The needle magnetizing arrangement (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the arrangement (1) is integrally formed with or removably coupled to an injection device.
