Compositions and methods for delivering therapeutic compounds to the brain are provided.

A method for inhibiting or treating obesity in a subject, said method comprising intranasally administering to said subject a composition comprising a therapeutic protein conjugated to one amphiphilic block polymer.
A method for inhibiting or treating dementia in a subject, said method comprising intranasally administering to said subject a composition comprising a therapeutic protein conjugated to more than one amphiphilic block polymer.
A method for inhibiting or treating obesity in a subject, said method comprising intravenously administering to said subject a composition comprising a therapeutic protein conjugated to more than one amphiphilic block polymer.
